Art Clay Silver has developed an incredible array of procedures for us to create the old Japanese mokume gane patterns with metal clay. In our two day workshop you will learn two of these techniques: Marbling in earrings and an Inlay pendant. You will find that the contrasting colors of the metals are more defined than any other method shown today. Lorrene has developed her own version of the Inlay shown below.

In this three day workshop the student will learn how to make a unique slumping mold, the fused glass for the ring and the ring. Templates will be provided in the student kit as well as the metal clay, glass and handout. Learn to make one of these unique and eye catching rings.
Prerequisite: Some glass fusing and/or metal clay experienced desired, but not required. VERY INTENSIVE WORKSHOP.
In this exciting workshop the student will learn precision stone setting for the metal clay artist. Round bezel, round flush and marquise settings. Included in the workshop is the clay, stones and tube setting tools.
