This four hour workshop will focus on making three different kinds of charms/
elements.
- Flat with texture on two sides
- Curved with texture and a stone
- Opposing designs in metal clay
Students will need to bring the following to the workshop.
- 20 or more grams lump clay, 10 oz syringe clay and paste clay. I
will have metal clay for sale during the workshop
- Work surface
- Cutting tools, Exacto(tm) knife, tissue blade
- Olive oil
- Flat pastry brush (1 inch) or comparable paint brush.
- Roller
- Textures
- Scrap polymer clay
- 60 watt light bulb
- Printer paper - several sheets
- Scissors
- Several round cubic zirconias... Preferably less than 5mm in size.
- Bottle of Glycerin. Available at any pharmacy.
